For Creatives

Looking for a team that actually fits?

We place creative people with studios and brands who value fit as much as skill. Send us your portfolio and what you're looking for — we'll reach out when the right role comes up.

Roles we place

Graphic and UI designers, copywriters and content writers, social media specialists, videographers, video editors and motion designers, plus art directors and creative leads — mostly for studios, agencies and in-house brand teams.

What we look for

Craft you can show, and the way you work with people. We read portfolios properly, and we ask how you like to be briefed, managed and grown — because that is usually what decides whether a role lasts.

Sending your portfolio

Four things that make your portfolio easy to place.

A link that opens without a password — a site, PDF, Behance or Drive folder is fine.
Which parts of each project were actually yours, especially on team work.
The kind of role and team you want next, not just the job title.
Where you are based, and whether you want remote, hybrid or on-site.

Before you send

Will you share my portfolio without telling me?

No. We ask you first, every time, before your name or work goes to a company.

I did not hear back. Does that mean no?

It usually means there is no matching role open right now. We keep portfolios on file and reach out when something genuinely fits, which can be months later.

I am still employed. Is that a problem?

Not at all, and we keep it confidential. Most people we place are working when they first talk to us.
